Satpal ke Chole Bhaturey is famous in Janak Puri. He does his business only during weekly market( Shani Bazar ) on Saturdays near C4-F block. I am eating his bhaturas since last two decades and still always wait for Saturdays to have it again.He prepares Bhaturas in Desi Ghee which is his specialty. Chaoley are mouth watering and perfect blend of masalas and served with onion and seasonal pickle.
